Spine Training

SPINE EXERCISE

pine Exercise is a complex training and therapy at the same time, sparing your joints, and helping to save the stability and mobility function of our spine as well. By stretching and lengthening the muscles along the spinal column and their connective tissues, these exercises are suitable for maintaining greater flexibility and good health of the back.

  • Reach the right body-posture and breathing technique

  • It helps to protect the spine, treat pain and injuries, and plays a big role in prevention

The regularly strengthened back and abdominal muscles can surround the spine as a natural corset, protecting the vertebras against outside forces, reducing the risk of fractures, and disk herniation. The exercises move the vertebras, improve the strength of the back and abdominal muscles, correct body-posture, and make the pain go away. When we stretch the muscles around the spine, not only the vertebras get oxygen, but the nerve fibers get released as well. The basis of the training is the appropriate warm-up block, the stretching, the strengthening, and the relaxing. The main focus of the class is especially on the strengthening and stretching of the trunk muscles, as these either directly or indirectly, but take part in the movement of the spine.
