Class with equipment, where you perform exercises on a large inflatable ball.

  • The exercises challenge your muscles, helping to strengthen and build up the core muscles of your body, such as the abdominals, back, buttocks & thighs

  • Fit Ball classes provide an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment

  • Using the inflatable ball challenges your body to train your smaller “hard to reach” muscles, which then support your larger muscle groups

  • The class starts with a dynamic, cardio warm-up section, during which we prepare not only the muscles, but the joints as well for the training

  • The second half of the class focuses on intense body-forming, where the ball becomes part of the exercises forming weight and resistance

  • The class also works on the right body-posture and reaching the state of the totally healthy spine

  • The training not only moves the muscles, but using the suspension, the class helps in correcting the circulation of the prock-dicks
