Easter Schedule

The Easter period is all about rest, family time, and of course delicious food, but why not include some energizing movement as well? A good workout not only benefits your body, but also helps you feel more energized and balanced throughout the holidays.

Good news: our group classes will still be available in a varied schedule during the holidays, so you can continue planning your favorite workouts!
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick session or looking to release some extra energy with a more intense workout, you’ll find your place with us. Take advantage of the holiday period to do something for yourself, even a short workout can make a big difference!
