 Full Body Training

Mi is a Full Body training? 

Compared to a traditional gym workout, one of its biggest advantages is that it engages every muscle group in a short amount of time, in a highly varied and dynamic way — all at an intense pace. It supports strength building, fat loss, body shaping, and muscle gain simultaneously.

During my classes, you’ll have the chance to work with TRX, kettlebells, G-Flex, and step platforms, using your own body weight as well as free weights for extra challenge.

The atmosphere of the class is energetic and motivating, yet inclusive — everyone moves at their own level while the group energy keeps you going. The music, rhythm, and flow help you push beyond your limits without even noticing how hard you’re working.

Develops: endurance, strength, coordination, and mobility, improving overall fitness and posture
