Zumba classes are fun, energetic and make you feel amazing! This type of training is perfect for every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin rhythms take over, you’ll see why these dance classes are often called exercise in disguise. Zumba usually uses salsa, cumbia, merengue, mambo, flamenco,cha-cha-cha, reggaeton, samba, stomach dance, and hip hop music during the trainings.

Zumba classes are typically about an hour long, during which a person can burn up to 600 calories, depending on the energy put forth. Similarly to aerobics classes, after about 5 minutes of warming up, here comes the real intensive Zumba for 45-50 minutes playing 4-5 minutes long songs. The order is set together reasonably, so that after a faster rhythm, there comes a slower song, so, that everyone could follow the classes easily and get some breath between different songs. At the end, a nice stretching closes the training and calms our bodies down.

Super effective? Yes. Super fun? Definitely. The total workout combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
