Body & Mind

This lesson contains the elements of BodyArt and Pilates. It helps to deduce the daily stress, gives you energy, increases the strength and flexibility, developes the coordination and balance, improves the gait, and harmonize the body and soul.





Body Form

We mainly work on critical zones: stomach, bottom, waist and thigh. Even the prettiest woman can't be beautiful enough, if she has a bad carriage, that is why we don't neglect the muscles of the bust also. The lesson starts with a 10 minute intensive warm-up and stretching. A 15 minutes easy choreography helps to bring your pulse into fat-burning status. This section developes your coordination and connects the rigtht and the left sides of your brain. Later there is a 30-35 minutes long program, which developes your main muscle groups in your body. In this exercises we use all kinds of sport tools (dumbbell, Xco-trainer, rubber band), which all dependes on the guests, and personality of the trainer.

Body form 90 minutes

In this exercises we use all kinds of sport tools (dumbbell, Xco-trainer, rubber band), which all dependes on the guests, and personality of the trainer. The 90 minutes is only an option, not bound.

Body form in the morning

Start your day fit! In the morning the training is 2 times better than in the afternoon, because the vital functions are more active. In this fresh, playful lesson, we work with different kind of tools. We take care of the critical zones, and the circulatory system.

Body-Balls

The Body Balls Concept is a brand NEW way of lifestyle and body-shaping programe. With this occupation we can start everything from the basics and we can develop our body and mind in a long term period.

BodyArt

BodyArt is a type of Body&mind trainig with yoga practices. It's imporved by physiotherapists, this is a very hard training. The main purpose is to improve the strength and flexibility, and to have a functionally healthy body. BodyArt, manages your body as a komplex total, this is the new possibility of „intelligent body forming”. The training's important part is the correct breathing, what helps the mental relax.
The perfect training, the philosophy of the movement, and the body-mind harmony was developed by Robert Steinbacher and Alex Lée.

Box Aerobik

High intensity, fat burning class. Thanks to the combination of skips and hits, you can burn even 900-1000 calories everytime! If You like the dynamic class and loose weight efficently You must be rty this class!You we'll like it!:)

Circuit Training

By only one class You can try many tools.At 3-4-5 stations with different tools You can be stronger and able to work with different muscle groups of Your body.

Critical Zones

It's an easy to follow cosy and speedy lesson. This kind of exercise is recommended for almost everybody. Age and gender doesen't mathers. Because of the easy choreography it's recommended for beginners, but because of the intensity it's also fit for advanced guests. We take care for the critical zones.

Dance Step

A class with choreography and dance movements, which is easy to follow thanks to the good logical system! A cheerful class, where you can forget about the daily problems and feel good while you form your body! To protect the joints, there isn't hop! It is fit for the beginners, but it is not boring for the advanced guests!

Fit Zone

High level body forming, it's a low-intensity lesson, what moves all your body. We especilly take care for the critical zones (stomach, bottom, thigh, waist) We recommend it to everyone who would like to start training now, and don't like loud music and jumping. Our purposes are to prevent osteoporosis, and to keep our health and good form.

Kangoo

Kangoo is an aerobic lesson, done in a special shoe which is especially developed for jumping. Finally you can jump and spare your joints in the same time. It improves your stamina and forms your body. We finish the lesson with some body forming exercises. Instead of foot weight we wear kangoo shoes.

Kaya Kalp Yoga

The yoga exercises are developed for the elasticity of the backbone and the spirit, for the happiness and health. Age and gender doesen't mathers.
We learn the most important yoga asnas and meditation techniques to intensify and move the muscles, and to deal with the stress. We get to konw detoxification and cleaning techniques.
On every weekday morning from monday to friday we take care of the chakras and the energy center of the body.

Kettlebell

Kettlebell is only a name of a weight. You can use it many ways, but the most important is to do that a safe way.
The RKC Kettlebell instructor of Fitnexx can show You how to get in Your best shape.
You will be suprised the change of your body in 3 monthes!

Kondi-Mix

This class helps You to be in a good trim and great for fat burning.
The instructor uses many different fitness tools to make the class better and more fascinating.You will ues for example:Flexi bar,Body Balls,Fit ball,etc.

Pilates

Pilates moves every part of your body, and makes your core muscles stronger and more flexible. It does not contain jumpings and complicated movements. It is a plain mats exercise, what everybody can do in their own rhythm. Pilates is more dynamic than yoga and it is not so meditative. During the training there is a quiet, comfortable music, which helps you to relax. In this kind of excercise, the most important thing is to achieve the body-mind harmony.

Power Fatburning

On this class the goal is to keep the pulse in the fatburning zone and due to this we can get energy from the fat depot! Certainly it's not too easy, because our body makes energy from the fat depot after approximately 30 minutes. So the heart of the matter is doing 55 minutes cardio work and burn fat while we develope stamina too!

Spinning

It's a collective training with a special bicycle which is developed especcially for this purpose. It's advised for women and also for men. We do cycling for different musics.We recommend spinning also for knee injured, who wolud like to regain their form. It's an effective stamina load.

Spinracing

The purposes on spinracing are to improve stamina, loose weight, and reduce the daily stress. It is like an aerobic lesson, but instead of steps you ride a bike, with a choreography. We develope the training program with moving our arms, and changing the center of gravity. During the lesson(55 minutes) we burn 500-600 calories.

Spinracing + Body-Balls

During one Spinraing training, we burn 500-600 calories. We upgrade muscle efforts, and with Body-balls we move the core muscles. The result is nicer and tighter muscles. It's and intensiv lesson, but you will be able to do! Come and try one of my strongest lesson :) Szandra

Step + body form

Our most important purpose is fat-burning, so we start every lesson with an aerob part. The step part always dependes on the demands of the guests. The choreography is variegated, but it is easy to follow so it is fit for the beginners, but it is not boring for the advanced guests. After the intensive step part, there are restorative exercises with or without tools (dumbell, rubber band, xco, flexibar). It's very important to do the exercises correctly to obviate injuries and also because of the effectiveness of the exercises. In the end we stretch so we can obviate to feel stiff, ad you will come to the next exercise gladly. Great mood, excellent training.

X-Co

X-Co is a metal tool with weight inside.During the movement it goes from one side to the other,makes Your muscle work harder.

Zumba

In Zumba lessons you meet with eyery type of the latin rhythms (salsa, merengue, cumbia, quebradita, reaggeton, samba, axé, flamenco, belly dance) in an easy way. Less choreography, more isolation (waist, hip) some boost - it moves you in a funny way.
You don't need dance skills, you can join to the lessons when you want.
