Body Control

This type of training is very similar to a basic aerobic class.

Warming up and a doing a simple choreography take up the first part of the class, which is followed by Pilates and BodyArt movements. The emphasis is on balance, posture and deep muscles.

The second part of the lesson is strength training with your own bodyweight and different equipments.

This class is easy to follow, full of smile and very effective! We strongly recommend it to beginners.

Body form 90 minutes

This special type of Bodyform class starts with a 15 minutes long intensive warm-up and stretching. This is followed by a 30 minutes long easy choreography that helps to bring up your pulse to fat-burning state. Generally, this section developes coordination and connection between the right and the left side of your brain. Later, there is a 40 minutes long program, which developes he main muscle groups in the body. In these exercises the class uses all kinds of sport tools, either talking about a dumbbell, Xco-trainer, or a rubber band as an example. The intensity of the class is varied depending on the guests' wishes and of course on each and every different trainers, that our gym has among its team members.

BodyArt

BodyArt is a type of Body&mind trainig with yoga practices. It is created by physiotherapists, and is a very hard training. The main purpose is to improve the strength and flexibility, and to have a functionally healthy body. BodyArt works with your body as a komplex total, that is the new poinjt of view of „intelligent body forming”. The training's important part is the correct breathing, what helps the mental relax.

All, in all,
Bodyart is suitable for men and women whatever their fitness level is.
Bodyart aim is to create harmony between body and mind. It is a training method using exercise from yoga, kinesiotherapy, stretching and pilates combined with breathing techniques and relaxation. Comparing to yoga or pilates Bodyart has more flow and dynamism in the exercise routine.

This will be a great lesson if you want to relax, reduce stress, relive back pain, burn fat, build up muscles and be flexible. We exercise with soft music but not up to the rhytm. At the end of the course there is always a gentle stretching and a short relaxation.

DeepWork

DeepWork combines the know-how of bodyart and iron system. It is athletic, easy, intensive, unique and yet quite different from all known programmes – a workout from five elements and full of positive energy!

The DeepWork motion sequences are designed in such a way that there is always a connection between tension and relaxation combined with breathing exercises. The phases of DeepWork training are structured according to the five elements: Earth, wood, fire, metal and water. These in turn are based on different energies. After a deepWORK® unit, the energy of a participant is completely exhausted. These techniques are also used in meditation therapy, in so-called dynamic meditations, which are rooted primarily in the Far East and that are used especially by people suffering under depression, cancers or psychosomatic complaints.

All of this is DeepWork training:

-is to feel the answer to the inner spirit- to confront its limits and to contemplate this without prejudice
-exercises are supported by specific knowledge, the participant’s sense of responsibility and complex movements

Fit Ball Training

Do you want to achieve flat tummy and tight butt?

Then you should dfinitely try out our Fit Ball class.

This training improves balance, and different kinds of muscles. During the warm up, the class uses the unstable support of the ball, so it prepares not just the muscles for the workout, but the joints as well for the time, when it reaches the ball that helps the appropriate pulse for fat burning.

In the second half of the lesson there is an intensive bodyforming using the ball.

It is also known as stability ball, it challenges balance and core stability levels, helping strengthen the whole body. Use the ball to improve muscle tone and flexibility, build core strength and balance, helping to improve posture and body alignment.

Hot Iron

This class is aimed to introduce beginners to the world of weight training, but it also challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.

The initial 15 minutes of the class is utilized to introduce the basic elements and moves to the group; so unlike other classes, all members of the group can familiarise themselves with the exercises at a basic level in order for them to carry out the tasks safely and effectively.

This is followed by a general warm-up then a more specific warm-up, which is aimed to prepare the body, both mentally and physically, for the increasing demands of the training.

The class is based on strength-endurance, which means that each exercise is repeated 40-50 times linking the development of strength enhancement and cardiac systems together.

This results in improvement of the heart and the circulatory system, muscles become tired later, increased load carrying capacity, the entire body learns to recover faster, increased ability to concentrate due to the training of nervous paths, which can be extremely beneficial for everyday life.

Infrasauna

Originally the healty and harmless infrared light is used widely in health care and curing, because of the many beneficial effect it has.

Infrared light can regenerate the cells, purificate the pores, and clean out the toxins, to help the body in its natural healing process.

The infrasauna, unlike other saunas, heats with infrared light, not with heath radiation, which is more comfortable to the body just as it is more efficient in raising metabolism.

Infrasauna helps you in bodyshaping and detoxification.
Only just a 30 minutes long use, can burn 300-400 calories.

Of course, maximum 50 minutes of time recommended in the sauna, with a between 50-60 Celsius temperature, starting with a lower temperature, and rising it slowly.

INSANITY Training

training on its head.

If you have ever been to a Spinning class, you know how that works.
You motor along at a moderate pace for awhile – then all at

minute or so. After that, it's back to a lower gear, giving you

Well, with INSANITY, you do exactly the opposite.
You work flat out in 3 to 5-minutes blocks, and take breaks only long
enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It is
called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body

Kangoo Dance/Power

The class uses very easy movements coming from shoulder and hip. It uses slow music,so the range of motion is less, than power, so it is not that dinamic! This results in a much easier and not that tiring class. The basic movements are slightly different:
Power: knee dragging, corner dragging, jamping jack, throw. Kangoo Dance/Power does not use these. In dance only mambo, cha cha, grapevine V movements etc.

Preventive training

If You are really a beginner or got overweight, sportinjury and that is why do not prefer jumps, choreograhy or just moving in general, you should definitely join this class!

During the class you stretch and strengthen the muscle groups responsible for body posture. We get your back and abdomen muscles working and concentrate on the development and stretching of the shoulder girdle muscles. Recommended for those who have jobs that involve a lot of sitting, those with painful backs and as a form of prevention as well.

RTM

RECTUS TRAINING METHOD

Everyone is atomically made up with a group of muscles we call our Rectus Abdomonis, or simply know to many of us as our “6 Pack”. Although for some of us it may be hidden, effectively this is the window dressing on a group of muscles which provide stability and support for the spine and torso. These abdominals are separated by a connective tissue which runs down the middle of our torso.

During pregnancy a large amount of the hormone Relaxin is produced to allow the body to adapt to changes occurring in pregnancy. The relaxin works by “relaxing connective tissues”. This allows the abdomen to expand and accommodate the growing uterus.

Many mums notice this as a raised ridge of tummy as the begin to sit up from lying. For many it will be worse around their belly button, as this naturally protrudes through the abdominal wall providing a weak spot.

It is possible to correct this separation with the correct guidance and exercises, for example with RTM. A great way to start is to begin by building up pelvic floor awareness, and strength.

RTM raises aweraness to special things after giving birth, so basically to the postnatal period. It payes attention to how pregnant woman feel about their body and soul changings as well.

Spine-exercise

Spine exercising is essential to protect the health of the spine. This type of exercise is able to cure spinal deformities as well.

The goal of back strengthening exercise is to condition the muscles to better support the spine and withstand stress, which can lead to back and neck pain relief.

Most back strengthening exercises focus on the core muscles, including the abdominal, gluteus, and hip muscles, in addition to muscles surrounding the spine. All of the core muscles are essential in supporting and minimizing strain on the spine.


However, unlike muscles in the arms and legs, core muscles do not get much use during typical daily activities. To build strength in core abdominal and back muscles requires exercises that focus specifically in these muscle groups.

Back-strengthening exercises can result in:

X-Fight

It is a colorful, varied, and exciting class, that will definitely grab you out of your usual everyday life.

It collects the movements of:

All you have to do is learn some simple hits, kicks and steps. The lesson starts with a full body warm up, which is followed by a 40 minutes hard aerob part. In the end, there are some tummy muscle exercises and a nice stretching to calm down the body. X-Fight forms stamina, hip, gluteus, leg, calf and in addition, body muscles.

It is definitely not just for women, man feel good about this type of class too, as there are many combat exercises involved in the training as well.

Xco Training

Xco Workout combines strength and cardio core training into one easy to follow and fun workout.

ZUMBA
