Our band new class, TRX Physio, Stretching is a training, where sparing our joints is the top priority, so we can also suggest it bravely for those suffering from knee- or backache. This kind of exercise abandons jumps, and very intense movements, however it is still quiet tiring, amplifying for our body, concentrating especially on the CORE muscles. During the classes, we not only occupy the TRX, but also some equipments used in Physiotherapy. This amazing training ends with a longer stretching period after the work is done, which helps in the regeneration of our body, especially of the shortened muscles and helps those return to their original, normal state.
