What is this about?

The main focus of the class:
 Mobilization of the spine
 Strenghtening of the lenghtened muscles and the shortened muscles
 Increasing the range of motion in case of joints
 Strenghtening the core muscles
 Creating the correct posture
 Prevention
 Having fun, feeling spiritually stable and well

Who do we suggest this class for?

It is especially recommended for those sitting a lot during their jobs, who fight againts the back pain caused by the bad posture, for growing teenagers, for Moms and mothers to be (even before birth and after as well) and for everyone, who would like to create the right and correct posture!
