At the time of every class, we place the focus on a different group of muscles, but of course trying to stay in balance, you can expect a workout moving your whole body during every training.

Basically, to anyone, who would like to train in a great mood, while listening to different styles of music (retro, today’s records) at a class, which is always full of diversity, getting more awesome each and every time, and where one can meet the never-ending combination of cardio and strengthening exercises!

At each and every class, Zsófi prepares with a new series of practice among the already known and loved exercises, so that the time spent on training would be the light of the day for everyone! 🙏
