This type of training is very similar to a basic aerobic class. Warming up and a doing a simple choreography take up the first part of the class, which is followed by Pilates and BodyArt movements. The emphasis is on balance, posture and deep
muscles. The second part of the lesson is strength training with your own bodyweight and different equipments.
