This special type of Bodyform class starts with a 15 minutes long intensive warm-up and
stretching. This is followed by a 30 minutes long easy choreography that helps to bring up your pulse to fat-burning state. Generally, this section developes coordination and connection
between the right and the left side of your brain. Later, there is a 40 minutes long program,
which developes he main muscle groups in the body. In these exercises the class uses all kinds of sport tools, either talking about a dumbbell, Xco-trainer, or a rubber band as an example. The intensity of the class is varied depending on the guests’ wishes and of course on each and every different trainers, that our gym has among its team members.

Bodyform is a particular aerobics class mainly working on critical zones; such as stomach,
bottom, waist and thigh. Even the prettiest woman can not be satisfied with a bad posture, that is why we do not neglectthe muscles of the bust.
