This special 90 minutes Bodyform class starts with a 15 minutes long intensive warm-up and
stretching, which is followed by a 30 minutes long easy choreography, that helps to bring up your pulse to fat-burning state. Generally, this section develops coordination and connection
between the right and the left side of one’s brain. Later, there is a 40 minutes long program,
which develops the main muscle groups in the body. During these exercises the class applies all kinds of sport tools, such as a dumbbell, Xco-trainer, or a rubber band as an example. The intensity of the class is varied by wishes of the guests and of course depend personally on each and every different instructors in our gym.

Bodyform is a particular aerobics class mainly working on critical zones; such as stomach,
bottom, waist and thigh. Even the prettiest woman can not be satisfied with a bad posture, that is why we do not neglectthe muscles of the bust.
